Real estate pricing in the San Francisco Bay Area differs from anywhere else in the country

List prices are often set low to create bidding wars, so the seller can command a higher price due to competition.

In a bidding war, the Seller and the Seller’s Agent look at the price first and foremost. Then they review the transaction terms and, very importantly, which agent represents the buyer. While that might not seem important, a listing agent is more likely to accept an offer from an agent they like and respect, one who knows how to get a deal done.

Patty is a master of determining the correct, competitive price for the offer. She has the sales history to prove that she’s “won” many multiple offer situations. She will explain the comparable sales in any neighborhood, so you will feel comfortable offering the correct price. Terms include zero contingencies, a respected lender, and a good down payment. Patty will explain how to make an offer without contingencies and still feel safe.
